Pricing and Registration
All prices are per person and include three nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment.
All camp activities will be held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.
All accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.
Package Types
GLAMPING: $1,800
Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and showers.
TENT CAMPING/COMMUTER: $1,200
Camping: Bring Your Own tent, bedding, towels etc. Nearby Deluxe restroom and shower trailer.
Commuting: Access to all workshops, performances and 3 meals a day. No indoor lodging included. Stay at a nearby hotel, airbnb or commute from home!
PRE-SET TENT CAMPING: $1,400
Pre-Set weatherproof tent with queen size memory foam mattress pad, air conditioning/heat and electrical outlet. Bring your own linens & towels.
STANDARD ROOM, SHARED BATH: SINGLE: $2,500
Single occupancy Simple Guest Room with queen bed, sink, vanity, A/C & shared hall bathroom.
STANDARD ROOM, PRIVATE BATH: SINGLE: $2,800
Single occupancy, en suite Guest Room with queen bed, tile bathroom & A/C.
STANDARD ROOM, SHARED BATH: DOUBLE: $1,700

DELUXE COTTAGE, SEMI-PRIVATE BATH: SINGLE: $3,300
Two-bedroom cottage with private bedroom, cozy living room, kitchenette, custom tile bathroom & A/C. Specific housemate may be requested, otherwise a housemate of same gender identity will be assigned.
DELUXE ROOM, PRIVATE BATH: DOUBLE: $2,200
Motel style Guest Room with two twin beds featuring custom tile bathroom with radiant heat, sitting area, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
PREMIUM STUDIO, PRIVATE BATH: DOUBLE: $2,400
This ticket requires you to have a vehicle on-site during the event. The accommodation is a ½ mile from the main property.
Double occupancy ground-floor Premium Studio features two twin beds, sitting area with couch, a picture window and personal bluestone patio, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV and dual head shower with radiant heat. Shared with one roommate. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.
PREMIUM STUDIO, PRIVATE BATH: SINGLE: $3,300
This ticket requires you to have a vehicle on-site during the event. The accommodation is a ½ mile from the main property.
Single occupancy Premium studio on top floor features king bed, sitting area with couch, picture windows with stunning views, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee maker, stove, Smart TV and dual head shower with radiant heat.

Your decision to register constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to all of the registration, payment and cancellation terms and conditions listed below:
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Rates are per-person and include applicable processing fees
All registrations and payments are 100% non-refundable
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing order protection.
Exception for International Participants: In the event any international ticket holders are denied entry into the United States or face travel restrictions that prevent you from attending the event, you are eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase as long as you notify Music Masters Collective within 14-days of the conclusion of the event.
Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.
MINORS
Music Masters Collective events are designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. ROOMMATES
If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.
Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.
